Delete your FlashOtter data

FlashOtter keeps your learning data on your phone: your progress, journal, word sets, scores and settings. We don't hold a copy, so deleting it on your phone deletes it everywhere.

Delete everything

On your Android phone:

1. Open Settings > Apps > FlashOtter.
2. Tap Storage > Clear storage (or Clear data).

Or simply uninstall the app. Both remove all of your FlashOtter data from the phone.

Device backups

If Android backup is on, your phone may have copied FlashOtter's data into your Google account backup. You can manage or delete it in your phone's Settings > Google > Backup. We can't see these backups.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data doesn't cancel a subscription. To cancel, open the Google Play Store app > your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
